Farmhouse Style

The Farmhouse Home has wood and stone accents with a white board and batten exterior. The windows are black and the roof is metal. The interior has bead board shaker cabinets with simple white countertops and a white subway tile backsplash. The apron sink and sliding farm doors round out the style. Additional elements not shown are the dutch door to the screened in porch and the claw foot tub in the master bath.

Traditional Style

The Traditional Home has an earth-tone color pallette. The exterior materials are lap siding, cedar-shake, bracket accents in the gables and a stone base around the foundation. The interior finishes are wood cabinets with natural countertops. The plumbing and light fixtures are brushed nickel with simple bar pulls on the cabinets.

Coastal Style

The Coastal Home is distinguished by it’s water-inspired color scheme. The blue exterior is reminiscent of the deep blue sea while the interior is an ocean dream. The bright white cabinets are accented with a blue-green glass backsplash. And the champagne bronze fixtures bring in the color of the sandy beaches.

Modern Style

The Modern Home is always bold. The use of a unique element on the exterior gives the house a distinct appearance. The interior is a simple black and white color scheme with chrome accents and polished concrete floors. The interior doors are painted a black accent color and the light fixtures are geometric in form and are also black and chrome.

Classic Style

The Classic Home is built using timeless materials, such as brick and siding. The color pallette is also timeless, using a color pallette in the griege family, which is a blend of gray and beige. The fixtures and hardware are oil-rubbed bronze which adds a rustic contrast. The cabinets are shaker style and the backsplash is a mix of stone and glass mosaics.
